Hey! How you managed to find my little hole-in-the-wall is beyond me but I’m so glad you found me. I’m Darlyn and I’m a closet artist who loves spending (way too much) time online and watching many different movies and TV shows. And of course, I love staying up past midnight – hence the name of this site! Lame, I know. But I didn’t have the heart to sell the domain because it’s one of the oldest ones I have in my possession. So I had to do something with it.
When I’m not randomly diving head first into rabbit-hole research about a topic that absolutely won’t make a bit of difference in my life, you can usually find me drawing, gaming, or binge-watching my favorite shows and movies. If I can’t find anything to watch or I’m too lazy to look for something, I’ve always got something on like Law & Order playing in the background. DUN DUN!
But I don’t just love consuming content – I love creating it too. I’ve drawn things since I was about 4 years old, but I love creating digital art. I have other art projects that I dabble in but I digress.
And about my nocturnal tendencies. I don’t know what it is, but something about staying up past midnight just feels so rebellious and exciting. It’s like I’m breaking all the rules, even though the only person who’s affected is me and my groggy self the next morning. I really should stop doing that since I’m the mom of two awesome young adults. Did I just age myself?
